Steliau Technology bolsters its presence in the Italian market with the acquisition of Interdipros

Several months after the successful acquisitions of Special-Ind (completed in March 2021) and Media Microcomputer (completed in March 2022), Steliau Technology, through its operational Italian subsidiary Special-Ind, continues to consolidate the European market of electronic solution value-added supply and announces another move with the acquisition of the Italian company Interdipros.
Set up in 2005 and located in Verano Brianza (North of Milan), Interdipros mainly specializes in the value-added HMI integration as well as cabling solutions on behalf of customers involved in a large variety of industries.
The company benefits from a certified clean room dedicated to the assembly, integration, and customization services of the solutions according to the technical needs of its customers.
Interdipros generated sales of €4 million in 2021 and has ten employees. The company should achieve sales of € 5 million in 2022. Graziano Quaggio, CEO of Interdipros, will remain fully operational.
Reaching a critical size in France, Italy, and Spain
Benefiting from positive market trends, Steliau Technology aims to continue on its strong growth track both in France and abroad and should achieve pro forma consolidated sales of € 140 million in 2022 vs. € 39 million in 2019.
